Manchester united set to sign Ander Herrara in a £29m deal. The Premier League side were heavily linked with the Athletic Bilbao
midfielder last year, but failed to land their man in a series of
ham-fisted negotiations.
With then David Moyes now gone, Louis van Gaal has stepped in, and seems to have steadied the Red Devils ship.
As such, Herrera is much keener to go to the north-west, and will agree terms before the start of July.
According to widespread reports Manchester United
have offered the youngster’s release clause of €36m (£29m), but want to
get the deal done swiftly before that rises to €40m on July 1.
