Medical notes for Formula 1 star, Michael Schumacher as been been stolen

Seven-time Formula 1 champion, who came out of the coma on Monday has had his medical note stolen and  the notes which hold alleged details of Schumacher's surgical procedures are reportedly been offered to news outlets for about 50,000 euros. His spokeswoman, Sabine Kehm has announced that charges would be pressed against anyone buying the documents. Read the statement issued by Kehm after the cut
For several days, stolen documents and data are being offered for sale. The offerer claims them to be medical file of Michael Schumacher. We cannot judge if these documents are authentic. However, the documents are clearly stolen. The theft has been reported. The authorities are involved. We expressly advice that both the purchase and publication of such documents and data is forbidden. The contents of any medical files are totally private and confidential and must not made available to the pubic. We will therefor, in every single case, press for criminal charges and damages against any publication of the content or reference to the medical file. - Sabine Kehm
Updates on Schumacher's condition have been scarce but it was revealed earlier on that Michael  is out of his medically-induced coma and has left Grenoble Hospital to University of the Canton of Vaud in Lausanne, Switzerland where he is now being treated.
