Serey Die weeps during Ivory Coast national anthem following father's death just hours before kick-off

Serey Die showed through dedication to his country by playing on despite receiving the news of his father's death two hours before the kick-off. The Ivory Coast International broke down while the national anthem was been played ahead of the game against Columbia on Thursday night. Many assumed that the tears were because the occasion had got the better off him just like Neymar when he also cried while Brazil's national anthem was been played, however according to reports Serey Die father had passed away shortly before the match.
