Arsenal have made an offer to sign Marseille's Stephane Sparagna, according to Metro Sports. In his usual style the Arsenal boss is interested in signing the 19-year-old, who is considered by many as injury-plagued. Why he keeps doing this to himself and his squad is not my biz but i really do feel for Arsenal fans.
Sparagna was once considered one of Marseille's future star but the French club aren't eager to sign him because of his poor injury record.
