ESPN releases Europe's top 20 football managers

ESPN released the list on Europe's top 20 football managers and am so excited that my boss Jose Mourinho made top three. Anyways the list was determined by managers who were able to manage resources available in the past five years though that isn't the only criteria.

  • Pep Guardiola: According to ESPN Guardiola didn't just change Barcelona, he changed football itself. He successfully designed a tactic and took it to the peak. Which showed in the 2009 and 2011 Champions League final victory where Barca not only the silverware but the pitch

  • Jose Mourinho: Despite his many controversy, Mourinho and whatever team in manages will be genuinely challenging for trophies due to the intensity and drive he brings to the team. Mourinho has kept going since the supreme Champions League victory with Porto in 2004, through the 2010 treble with Internazionale and in Spain he broke Barcelona's dominance.
  • Simeone defied the current economics of the sport, making a mockery of the resources available to Real Madrid and Barca with last season's title win. He drives devotion from his players and has produced astounding achievements.
  • Jurgen Klopp
  • Louis Van Gaal
  • Manuel Pellegrini
  • Brendan Rodgers
  • Antonio Conte
  • Rudi Garcia
  • Roberto Martinez.
