Arsene Wenger has revealed that Alexis Sanchez is too exhausted and he needs to rest, following his performance in Tuesday night's 2-0 win over Bayern Munich in the Champions League. Speaking to the reporters after the game, the French man said:
"You could see he was a bit jaded physically. He pushes himself so much but he finished exhausted. He played two games with Chile, plus the travelling, plus Watford, plus tonight - it's too much."
Sanchez, who joined the Gunners from Barcelona last year, has scored 10 goals for club and country in his last seven games
