For England to qualify for the second round round of the World Cup they must pray and hope that Italy defeats Costa Rica on Friday and Balotelli has demanded for a kiss from the Queen obviously on the cheek should he make that happen.
If Italy succeeds in defeating Costa Rica, England must also defeat Costa Rica and steadfastly hope and pray that Italy also defeats Uruguay.
