Ferrari Formula 1 boss Marco Mattiacci says the Scuderia will be a "different team" next season, once he has finished his restructuring process. While speaking to reporters after Fernando Alonso finished sixth in Sunday's British Grand Prix, Mattiacci said: "Definately we are working to improve because here we are sixth. We are not happy to be sixth. So starting from here, we need to prepare a different team from 2015."
When asked about Luca Marmorini position in the team he said "I don't want to point to any individual," neither confirming nor denying the rumors concering Marmorini leaving the team. "We are redesigning the team, we are reinforcing the team", he further added "I don't make comments about individuals. I don't have to make any announcement.. The best announcements that a team can make are results. Do we need to improve? Make continuous improvement? Yes. That is our position. We don't have to make any announcements at the moment."
