Southampton chairman has insisted that neither Jay Rodriguez or Morgan Schneiderlin will be sold this summer but Schneiderlin wasn't impressed with the decision as he took to twitter to express his anger.
The chairman made the statement in order to ease the fan fears that the exit door at Southampton was still open following the departure of Adam Lallana, Rickie Lambert, Luke Shaw, Dejan Lovren and Calum Chambers.
The 24-year-old tweeted on Tuesday evening: "6 years of an amazing journey #saintsfc DESTROYED in 1 hour !!!
There have been reports that Rodriguez and Schneiderlin will leave to Spurs but krueger while speaking to Sky Sports said:
"They are part of the core that we have decided to keep at Southampton. Jay Rodriguez and Morgab Schneiderlin are not for sale and they will be a part of the club as we're excited to continue to build forward, but all those stories are false."
