Michael Schumacher makes progress in healing but still needs time

Michael Schumacher, who fell and hit his head on a rock is reportedly making progress in healing. Jean-Francois Payen, a doctor who treated Michael Schumacher for nearly six months after his brain damage says the F1 champion has made some progress. read the interview after the cut

Payen gave interviews to French radio station RTL and Le Parisen newspaper on the F1 champion treatment today. He said:
"I have noted some progress but I would say we should give him time. It's like for other patients, we are on a timescale which goes from one year to three years and we need to be patient. We know that some people can spend three, four years in rehabilitation. It depends very much in the severity of the injury, how young and fit they are."
This is good news for both Schumacher's fans and family and on the other hand Marussia F1 driver, Jules Bianchi remains in a critical condition in hospital in Japan after suffering severe brain injuries when his car went off track and hit a recovery truck on 5th of October (Read here).
