Wenger confirms Ozil could return earlier than expected

Arsenal boss, Arsene Wenger confirms Mesut Ozil could return from knee ligament injury earlier than expected. The injury was discovered when Ozil joined the German squad for international duty last week and it was first reported that the playmaker could be out for 12 weeks.

But Wenger said: "He is out for a while now, I think at least six weeks."

Meaning the German international could return earlier than the estimated 12 weeks.
