Cesar Azpilicueta wants to win his first Champions League this season with Chelsea. Chelsea were handed what is arguably an easy group stage fixture list, after being drawn with Jose Mourinho's former side Porto, Ukrainian champions Dynamo Kyiv and Israeli champions Maccabi Tel-Aviv in Group G.
However Azpilicueta says Champions League is never easy, he said:
"We know how difficult the Champions League is. We are playing against three very good teams who will make it hard for us, so we have to make sure we start really well, fight for our place and try to be top of the group. It’s true we have two long trips but if you’re travelling you have to adapt to play around Europe. We will try to do that and not feel it. The Champions League means a lot. It’s the biggest competition in Europe. Everybody wants to touch the cup and hopefully Chelsea can do it again, and myself for the first time."
