Bayern Munich to set up Refugee camp for Syrians


Bayern Munich today announced a raft of initiatives to assist the Syrian refugees entering Germany. They see it has their social responsibility to help alleviate the crisis caused by Europe's greatest postwar migration. They intend to open training camp that will provide the refugee children with training facilities, meals and German language classes. Bayern Munich  chairman Karl-Heinz Rummenigge said "Bayern sees it as our social responsibility to help the refugees, needy children, women and men, to help them and to accompany them in Germany."
The will also set an example for the integration of refugees at Bayern's next home game by having each player walk onto the pitch holding the hand of one German child and one refugee child each. 
Bundesliga clubs and supporter groups have led the way in promoting support for refugees and Bayern have pledged one million euros to refugee projects.
