Super Eagles coach Sunday Oliseh has revealed that goalkeeper Vincent Enyeama withdrawal from the game against Tanzania on Saturday is a major blow for him. Enyeama's reason for withdrawal remains unknown after citing personal issues to the coach. Read what Oliseh said after the cut
"Enyeama asked to be withdrawn from this game, for which reason I don't know, I think you have to ask him personally. The late withdrawal has put me in a very tight situation because I must confess that the task ahead of us is a very difficult one and I didn't need this extra burden. We're practically starting this team from the scratch, it's not very pleasant but that's life," Oliseh told the media.
Carl Ikeme, who plays for Wolverhampton Wanderers in England's Championship division, is set to step up and fill in for Enyeama.
