Bayern Munich fans protest against Arsenal ticket prices, Arsenal fans applaud them.

Bayern Munich fans protested about the cost of tickets at the start of the Champions League Group F fixture at Arsenal on Tuesday, staging a five-minute "stay-away". Around 300 red seats were left unoccupied at kickoff with a large banner stating "64 pounds ($98.82) a ticket but without fans football is not worth a penny".

As the Bayern fans entered, they did so to a huge round of applause from Arsenal fans, who are pretty sick of paying these prices (or worse) every single week. They haven't resorted to any kind of sizable protest, though, and might have picked up some ideas from their German friends.
