Bournemouth skipper Tommy Elphick will be out for 10 weeks due to an ankle injury, manager Eddie Howe has confirmed. The 28-year-old has already missed the Cherries' last three games, but is expected to have an extended time on the treatment table after undergoing surgery.
Elphick adds to a lengthy injury list of Tyrone Mings, Max Gradel and Callum Wilson, all of whom are expected to miss the majority of the season.
