Managing one club for too long is boring - Pep Guardiola


Bayern Munich boss Pep Guardiola has sparked speculation over his future by admitting that it is "boring" to stay too long at one club. Guardiola, who has been linked with a move to Manchester City at the end of the season. While speaking about Arsene Wenger's time at Arsenal, which will stretch to 20 years in 2016, Guardiola said that he does not have the energy to stick with one club long term. 
"Twenty years at one club is now impossible. Nobody has that energy anymore. It can get boring for the people. Wenger is more than just a manager for this club. He is almost ­everything. He can be at a club for that long. Me? No!" the Spaniard told reporters.
