Arsene Wenger to submit Balotelli bid

The Corriere della Serra suggest that Arsenal will submit an offer for Mario Balotelli imminently and that they are not too far away from Milan's valuation.

Arsenal were reported over the weekend as intent on launching a £15.8m bid for the Italy international, who has been linked with a move away from San Siro all summer.
