Nico Roseberg was planning to wear a specially-designed helmet for this weekend's German Grand Prix, with an image of the World Cup as well as four golden stars; but FIFA rules prevents this from happening.
FIFA are concerned that if anyone use their official marks the value of football will reduce and it will put the game at risk.
Only FIFA partners can use images of the World Cup itself and since Nico Roseberg isn't an official partner he can't use it.
