Cycling - Sir Dave Brailsford to lead GB

Sir Dave Brailsford will lead the Great Britain cycling team at the UCI Road World Championships, just five months after quitting as performance chief. 

Brailsford, 50, who has continued to support British Cycling in an advisory role, returns to allow technical chief Shane Sutton to focus of the riders in the British Track Championships. 

"It made sense to ask Sir Dave to attend the championships," said Sutton.
"Road cycling is his focus and full-time role."
