Jose Mourinho have received the full support from Chelsea despite his poor start to the season. Mourinho has been under fire of late with his side sitting 16th in the Premier League table but Mourinho has insisted that he would only resign if he lost his players trust.
However, Chelsea released a statement earlier today saying Mourinho was the right man to turn this season around. Read the statement after the cut
"The club wants to make it clear that Jose continues to have our full support. As Jose has said himself, results have not been good enough and the team's performances must improve. However, we believe that we have the right manager to turn this season around and that he has the squad with which to do it," the statement read
Chelsea are next in action at home to Aston Villa on Oct. 17.
